When we first met our clients, a retired Global MNC Head and his wife, they spoke about longing for peace. After years of fast-paced life in Dubai and the US, they were finally ready to slow down. To wake up to quiet mornings. To be surrounded by sunlight and their pets. Their dream was simple; they wanted a house design that felt simple, grounded, yet globally influenced and personal.
So, we at Esprit architecture knew that this wasn’t going to be any other generic modern house design. It was going to be a mere reflection of global elegance and unmatched tranquility. So one, we maximized the natural light for ease, openness and a sense of effortless living. And two, we customized a pet-friendly design using durable finishes, soft corners, and open zones for pets to play around.
And the heart of it all; the open terrace becomes the prime spot here. It had paranomic views, sunlight, fresh air and literally everything to unwind for the day. So eventually, this project wasn’t just about building a home for us; it was about crafting a story of stillness, connection, and belonging, back to the roots.
