It was peak summer. A young Dubai-based entrepreneur approached us with a vision for his new beginning in India. And we visualized the opportunity to create something truly special. Like, a modern bungalow design that reflects ambition, innovation, and an eye for timeless style.
We envisioned a global, but locally warm bungalow home. A space that mirrors and pauses against his dynamic lifestyle. And an architectural design that reflects his passion for innovation. So yes, every element, be it the contemporary exterior, or the layered interior was designed to feel tech-savvy, yet personal.
Moreover, the plot was moderately-sized only. But, we still managed to maximize space and have a home swimming pool. Then inside, the design is all about tech and materials. There’s a home elevator for connectivity. There’s flow, function and refined finishes. In fact, we at Esprit architecture think of it as a visionary bungalow home, with innovation and comfort for a visionary client itself.
