Restaurant at Agarvada, Goa

Who doesn’t love Goan heritage? There’s indeed something timeless about its earthy textures, slow rhythms, and sunlit charm. So when we began our restaurant design near the historic Chapora Fort, we knew our inspiration lay right here in Goa itself.

Our vision was simple; We just wanted to create a Goan restaurant that celebrates the region’s spirit with the vibrant flavors of South Indian cuisine. We wanted a space that feels rooted, relaxed, warm, sustainable and full of life like Goa’s own soul. That’s why the all natural, local building materials palette of laterite, bamboo and traditional thatch. And then, the boundary landscaping further enlivened this ambiance with a feeling as inviting as the food itself.

You know, we didn’t just think of it just as a standout among South Indian restaurants in Goa. We did try to make it as a living testament to how authentic local aesthetics can truly elevate a dining experience with eco-conscious hospitality.
