Mother & daughter homes are always special, right? Like, they carry love, care, warmth and literally everything that makes a house feel like home. So, when we got this project of a simple interior design for a British news agency journalist daughter and her mother, we knew it was going to be truly heartfelt!
And that’s why we decide to use simple, minimal and yet Indian interior design elements. The balcony jhula, for example. Ah! It offers such a perfect spot to relax, unwind and just chat. Then, there’s a wall-to-wall bookshelf as well for the client to sit, flaunt and read her exquisite book collection.
Last but not the least, the simple interior design itself has an open-plan layout. So, the living, dining and kitchen literally flow into each other , boost the visual space and feel interactive too! Interactive, not just with the family, but also with the beautiful Pashan tekdi views that calm & ground the mind at all times.
